A: We specialize in balloon garlands, arches, columns, centerpieces, balloon walls, custom-themed installs, and now helium balloon bouquets!

A: Yes! We offer delivery for helium balloon bouquets and decor within a 20-mile radius. For helium balloon deliveries, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM. For other decor, Monday through Sunday. 

A: Definitely! Whether it’s a themed event or a special message, we love bringing your vision to life with custom colors and styles.

A: We recommend booking a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekend or larger events. Helium balloons deliveries, 2 days in advance.

A: We serve the northwest suburbs of Chicago and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius for deliveries.

A: Yes, setup is included with most installations. Takedown is available upon request and may be an additional fee.

A: Deliveries are available Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM. Weekend delivery may be considered for larger installs.

A: A 50% deposit secures your date and materials. The balance is due before your event or delivery.

A: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior for partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking if rescheduled.
